1. Agreement

This website is operated by Elmarota LLC. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The site is information, not an offer

Product descriptions, specifications, availability windows, grades and packing formats on this site are indicative and provided for general information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and they do not form part of any contract. A binding commitment arises only from a written offer issued by us and accepted in writing, or from a signed sales contract.

3. Accuracy

Agricultural supply changes with the season. We take care to keep this site current but we do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment, and we may change it without notice. Always confirm the specification in writing before relying on it.

4. Certifications and claims

Certifications, registrations and test regimes described on this site apply to specific facilities, product lines or lots. They are not a blanket warranty covering every product at every time. Current certificate copies and their scope are available on request.

5. Intellectual property

The Elmarota name, logo, page designs, text, photography and other material on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating a purchase. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission.

6. Your submissions

When you send an enquiry you confirm that the details are accurate and that you are entitled to provide them. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We handle enquiry information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. External links

Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend or withdraw it for maintenance or any other reason without notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, contracts, business or anticipated savings arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, and the competent courts of the Republic of Bashkortostan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Terms governing a specific sale are set out in the relevant sales contract and take precedence over this clause for that transaction.
