These are permanent, year-round roles at our Kumertau site — not seasonal work. Two of the three need no previous experience: if you turn up, work carefully and stay safe, we will train you on the line.

Packing Helper

Full time · On site

Salary
63 000 ₽ per month, before tax

One day off per week

Pack, weigh and label finished goods on the production line, and keep the packing area supplied and tidy. No previous experience needed — training is given on the job.

What you’ll do

  • Pack products into cartons, sacks or retail packs to the agreed specification
  • Weigh, seal and label packs, and check each one against the order sheet
  • Set aside any product that does not meet the grade and report it to the line leader
  • Assemble cartons, stack finished pallets and move them to the despatch area
  • Keep the workstation, tools and packing area clean throughout the shift
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and health-and-safety rules at all times

What we’re looking for

  • No formal qualifications or previous experience required
  • Able to stand for a full shift and lift loads up to 25 kg
  • Careful, consistent work at a steady pace
  • Willing to work to a shift rota, including weekends by rotation
  • Legally entitled to work in the Russian Federation

Store Keeper

Own the accuracy of the warehouse: receive and issue goods, keep stock records straight, and make sure what the system says matches what is on the rack.

What you’ll do

  • Receive incoming deliveries, check quantity and condition against the documents
  • Record all goods in and out, and keep stock records accurate and current
  • Issue materials and packaging to the production and packing lines against requisitions
  • Organise storage by batch and date so stock rotates correctly (FIFO)
  • Run cycle counts and periodic stock takes, and investigate any discrepancy
  • Raise replenishment requests before a line runs short
  • Keep the store secure, clean and compliant with storage conditions

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as a store keeper, stock controller or warehouse clerk
  • Confident with numbers and comfortable keeping written and computer records
  • Working knowledge of warehouse or inventory software (1C or similar) is an advantage
  • Organised, methodical and honest with stock and paperwork
  • Legally entitled to work in the Russian Federation

Forklift Operator

Move pallets safely and quickly between goods-in, storage, the production lines and loading, and keep your truck in safe working order.

What you’ll do

  • Load and unload vehicles and containers using a counterbalance or reach truck
  • Move pallets between goods-in, racking, the production lines and despatch
  • Stack and retrieve pallets at height without damaging stock or racking
  • Complete daily pre-use checks and report any fault before operating
  • Keep gangways, loading bays and charging areas clear and safe
  • Record pallet movements so stock locations stay accurate

What we’re looking for

  • Valid forklift operator licence or certificate
  • Proven experience operating a counterbalance or reach truck
  • Strong awareness of load safety and of people working around the truck
  • Able to work to a shift rota, including weekends by rotation
  • Legally entitled to work in the Russian Federation
