Sourcing Vegetables
Vegetables reward speed. We keep sourcing tight to the districts that feed our loading points, so the gap between harvest and stuffing is measured in days rather than weeks. Every consignment is graded to the buyer’s count and diameter bands before it leaves the packhouse.
